We will try to cover important information in this area. Everything here is also listed in the contract. However, every event is different or some require custom details/items. Please call or email to learn about items we haven't covered.
1. We prefer to work with only one contact person.
2. One-half of the total rental is required when the Loo is reserved: (rental, delivery & tax, then divide by 2).
3. The Loo needs to be cleaned after the rental period. The ONLY method for cleaning we recommend is a soft rag and plain warm water.
4. The Loo requires 2 separate, 20-amp services. This means nothing else can be running on the service that you are plugging the Loo into. One is for pumps (so you can flush & use the hands free faucets) and the other is for heating & air conditioning.
5. The Loo must be within 90ft. of the plug in. As electricity travels, it gets less powerful.
6. Electric cords cannot be across the walkway.
7. When we first pull on site, we will need to fill up the Loo with water, then the water can be turned off and hose disconnected.
8. The Loo is good for 500 uses--this is combined hand washings & flushings. Please do not let children play with hand free faucets or you will run out of water. If the holding tank becomes full, we are able to come and pump it out. There is an extra charge for this (Generally $75 to $100). Wipes of any kind and paper towels should not be flushed. Only flush the toilet paper we provide.
9. We are able to match (as close as possible) your colors for cloth towels for the Loo, (instead of paper) for an additional charge--$55.00 per 100 towels.
10. We can also provide, (with enough notice), a Loo attendant. As you can imagine, after 100 of your guests visit the Loo, she will need a little touch up. The price is $15 per hour, (3 hour minimum) and you'll pay the attendant directly.
11. No open flames/smoke/oil scents in the Loo. Candles or other fragrance enhancers are not needed. Loo comes with her own fragrance applicator and the smoke, etc. sticks on the walls and gets old, turning them yellow. Smoking is prohibited.
12. The Loo needs a level surface to be parked on.
13. Please ask guests not to lean or sit on the sinks. They will come off the wall and the renter is responsible for any damage done.
These are just some of the things you will need to know about the Loo. But, we like to give you a heads-up so you can make an informed decision about renting it. If you have any other questions, please call, email or text.
